These superior quality, dark chocolate truffles use single origin cocoa from a single estate in Brazil for an enhanced flavour profile. A densely indulgent ganache centre with a light covering of solid dark chocolate, traditionally rolled in bitter cocoa powder. An outstanding flavour profile containing dried fruits, red berries and spices­ with a long caramel finish. A fine chocolate experience, without excessive sugars, flavourings or vegetable oils and using only Bourbon vanilla and cane sugar. Outstanding length of taste.
