Made using single-origin cocoas from Madagascar, Brazil and the Dominion Republic, these exceptional origins have been combined with mouth-watering, rich natural fruit ganaches, to create the ultimate chocolate experience.

Natural Orange, Lemon and Raspberry has been skillfully married with single-origin dark chocolates, each wrapped in a crisp dark chocolate outer shell.

Made without excessive sugars, flavourings or vegetable oils; instead made with only natural Bourbon Vanilla and cane sugar, each dark chocolate fruit ganache in this assortment box has outstanding length of taste.

Madrilene

A 71% dark chocolate ganache, made using single origin cocoa from Madagascar, ideally suited with its characteristic flavour profile of citrus fruits and an underlying edge of ginger, married with a layer of natural orange marmalade.

Malaga

73% single origin cocoa from Dominican Republic, with a flavour profile of fruit including apricot and peach, married with a layer of natural lemon marmalade.

Framboisine

Brazilian 70% single origin cocoa, with its flavour profile of dried fruit, berries and bitter-sweet notes & spice, fused with a layer of natural raspberry marmalade.

This collection is Soya free, Alcohol Free and Suitable for Vegetarians.
