Despite the ganache fillings being made with 72%, 85% and 99% cocoa contents, the high quality of the cocoas used, including the crisp, sweeter dark chocolate shell, means these dark chocolate ganaches are not bitter or astringent. Instead, they have superb flavour and length of taste.

Each selection is presented in our sophisticated & contemporary black chocolate box, with a special metallic gold print sleeve, before being hand-tied in gros-grain ribbon and emblazoned with an embossed wax seal.

Our Dark Chocolate Ganaches gift box contains the following chocolates:

Cacaogrande 85% cocoa content.

This 85% cocoa content, smooth ganache centre may test your palate with its ‘above average’ cocoa content, however, you may be surprised, given the superior quality of the cocoa used, that it’s not quite as bitter as you would expect.

Cacaogusto 72% cocoa content.

With its 72% cocoa content ganache filing, the Cacaogusto is the perfect balancing point of bitter & sweet, and to most peoples taste that enjoy fine dark chocolate.

Cacaoforte 99% cocoa content.

With the highest amount of cocoa content in this selection and less than 1% sugar, this chocolate ganache turns the selection from bittersweet to bitter. You’ll note that there is none of the burnt astringency, which is often found in lesser quality, high cocoa content chocolates.
